  Do not book a birthday party here! Called a month in advance to book a birthday party. The woman that called me back was very friendly, going over all the details of the party. She informed me, they required a $100 deposit to secure the booking. Gave her my CC number and finished the call. One week before the party date, my daughter fractured her foot. I called promptly to cancel the party. Called at least 3x directly to the New Weat location where I repeatedly told to call head office, they couldn’t do anything. Tried head office 3 x. Finally I go a call back . They WOULD NOT refund the deposit. This is an extremely bad business practice. Especially since I gave them a weeks notice. And given the fact that we could not have the birthday party there with my daughter unable to participate. Waste of $100. I will never take my kids there again or recommended it to all the other parents I know. You suck Extreme Air Park.

  Very poor experience! Older teenagers ruffing up younger kids. The older boys were apparently friends of the staff members who did nothing to protect the younger kids. When I called to complain I was told there is no manager to contact. I did leave my name and number but I’m doubtful that they will call me back.

  Just had hr fun with kids here, premises are definitely better than in Richmond. Place looks and feels bigger. Today is Saturday morning and there are not so many people here. Staff is helpful but overall need more organization. Kids had a lot of fun. Definitely recommend this place

  It was tons of fun! We brought kids aged 7-16 to the Richmond location and they all had a great time. There is so much space in there that the place didn't even feel busy. The kids especially loved the dodgeball and the glow in the dark jumping. Highly suggest going!

  Been here many times back in high school and on other occasions with my friends and it’s always been a consistent experience. Friendly and welcoming staff as well as a well kept environment. Now me and my boyfriend are going to be heading here for our anniversary because any person and any age can enjoy this
