  After confirming that the vehicle was there on the phone, I took the morning off work and drove 1.5 hrs to get there to find that the vehicle wasn't there. Caprice wasted my time and I lost 4 hrs wages due to their lack of respect for costumers.

  This a wonderful and really reliable dealer for purchasing a car. Every car is very well maintained and they offer warranty. Alex is really friendly, helpful and reliable as well. It was a very nice and trusty experience, no concerns about cleaning or maintenance of cars there. I really recommend everyone ti choose this dealer to buy a wonderful car rather than many other dealers. I appreciate the Alex's support and guidance.

  I wanted to buy Nissan X-trail 2005. 3 weeks ago went for a drive, today I I asked him if car was in good condition and the inspection will not find anything, he said it is 100 %.Did pre-purchase inspection and it showed some problems. I was told by Alex that Check engine light control just need restart in a shop, well inspection said either spark plugs or head gaskets. It needed new front brakes and Sway Bars Links and bushings needed replacement. I called Alex and he said he will have everything fixed by 1 pm. I get there at 4 and nothing has been done. Take it for a drive and it felt weird, hand brake was not working, shifting was very bad into 3rd gear and ride lights were out, car was very foggy and wet inside and over all it was a bad ride. He said after I pay deposit, he will fix brakes because that is a safety issue. After I PAY DEPOSIT !!!!! And than he offered to lower the price $900 if I pay cash and do all the fixing my self. Unreal ! Not saying don't buy, but take mechanic and do homework before you buy there!
