  I chose Chatters because they do Camo Colour, and I chose Camo Colour because it is natural looking. The hairdresser left it on way too long and now I look like my hair was coloured with a Sharpie pen. The next day I called to speak to the manager. The person on the phone said 'well, I'm the sales manager'. She told me to buy clarifying shampoo, or they could recolour my hair. I'm not going to let them chemically treat my hair two times in a couple days. What she should have done is offered me the clarifying shampoo, or a refund on the crappy dye-job. I'm sure she was really the manager.

  Been coming here off and on since 2010. I usually do my hair myself, but sometimes I just want the good ol' salon experience. Always a positive experience at this location, whether I'm picking up hair products (shampoo/conditioners) or getting my hair done. It's a great place and VERY affordable compared to other local salons. I enjoy spending my money here because I always feel like I get the best price and the best service.

  Went in for a hair cut the other day with a lady by the name of Laura. She was friendly but seemed very inexperienced. At the end when she put layers around my face she was shaking and didn't cut the sides very even. She didn't style my hair at the end and didn't do any cross checks to make sure the layers were even throughout. She didn't even own her own pair of thinning shears which I thought was odd. One of the worst haircuts I've had. At the end she asked if it was fine and I quickly said yes cause I didn't want her to take the scissors to it anymore she made me quite nervous. $50 bucks wasted as now I need to find another salon to fix it.

  I tried to go shopping today at 1115am for some hair product and the staff would not let me in the store. They stated that they were understaffed and unless I had an appointment I could not purchase any product unless I was willing to wait a half an hour. The staff was not helpful or apologetic and just said "that's the way it is". Not acceptable for a retail location.

  Great store with a excellent mix of hair products. You can find great deals. Located at the outlet in New Westminster.
