  Staff was courteous and answered all the questions I had. I got a chance to try the bike before buying it. I noticed it needed some fine tuning on the gears, so I asked about that. They said every new bike gets tuned up before the costumer leaves with it. And that's exactly what happened: the bike was tuned up right away by the mechanic and ~ 15 minutes later I was on my way. I would recommend this shop to a friend.

  I bought a bike from Cap's Bike in June 2016 deciding to commit to riding to work full-time. My experience with the store over the last two years has been only positive. They have helped/guided me as a bike commuter by: selecting the right bike, helping me fix flats a half hour before closing, suggesting tires that will better withstand my 20km commute, keeping me warm and comfortable during the winter rides, etc... The staff are bike enthusiasts; who are happy to share their knowledge/experience. When you purchase a bike from Cap's you are getting a great priced bike along with a team who will look after you and your bike for many years to come.

  The team did an awesome job tuning my gearing and bleeding my brakes. When I packed away my bike I left my thru axle outside on the ground my accident. The owner made sure to call me ASAP to let me know someone found it and turned it in and he suspected it may have been for my bike. You don’t get this level of service nowadays. Thank you!

  Staff really friendly, making a good effort. Stock could be years old, a problem affecting electronics and garment materials. Nice bikes & quality gear, ok prices.

  I have purchased several bikes through The Original Bike Shop over the years. Super friendly staff - They are very knowledgeable in all things bicycle and are more than willing to share their experiences with you (i recommend asking Brek to shares his adventure cycling stories!) Assistant manager and avid triathlete Chris is always very patient and helpful when it comes to providing training advice or sourcing matching accessories and gear. He even helped me order my custom dream factory Garneau Gennix TR1. I love it!
