Was at the registry on Thursday, September 21, 2017 and was served by a lovely lady named George. What an absolute pleasure to have someone so knowledgeable and helpful in a stressful situation. I certainly wish all your staff were so wonderful as George was. Thank you George. I really appreciate your time, effort and knowledge.

When you have disputes against anyone, going to courts in Canada is a big waste of time. Courts in Canada are just there to protect big businesses and powerful people from their wrong doings. Years ago, my vehicle was damaged by Canadian Tire. Canadian Tire placed a part with gears different from that of the car manufacturer. As a result, the gears do NOT fit together, and the gears all got grinded down after about three months of driving. The damage to the vehicle was a few thousand dollars. When I was in court, I talked to two judges. One on the preliminary hearing and the other one during the trial. Both judges do NOT know that auto mechanics cannot alter manufacturer's design. Both judges follow the auto mechanic's (high school grads') "expert" opinions instead of what the manufacturer has specified. As a result, I lost the case.

Was here a few times to probate my mother's will. The experience was always fast and the people there were helpful and professional.

In the car manual, the manufacturer states the type of oil to use, the type of anti-freeze to use, the type of engine parts to use, etc. Those guidelines are designed by engineers based on science and mathematics, and those manufacture guidelines have to be followed by auto mechanics. However, the judges think that auto mechanics know more than the manufacturers, and auto mechanics are trained to design car parts. Therefore, auto mechanics do NOT have to follow manufacture guidelines when repairing cars. That is the level of knowledge / intelligence that the judges have. Believe me, when you are in court, the judges are the best defense attorneys for those who have damaged your properties.

I believe the judges in Canada need serious education on how to analyze different situations. All judges should have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Science because many trials are involved in science (ex. medical malpractice, mechanical and electrical failures, construction failures, etc.). Today, you have judges who have NO idea what is going on. Furthermore, law schools must select those with high ethical standards. NOT any Joe Blow can work as a judge!

I'm really glad I went there. Sally answered all my questions, provided me with business cards and phone numbers of U.B.C. student lawyers as well as title search. Explained in detail the file form. It was time well spent. Thank you Sally.

I had the worst customer service experience of my life. And judge Gaul apparently is illiterate and suffers from dementia. To bad I cannot give them - 5 stars.
