  Yesterday morning I brought in three blankets to be washed.  I was told it would be $36, (way over priced), $12 each.  She quickly changed that price saying she'd give me a discount and one blanket can be $10.. $34.  Without me saying anything she then changed her price again to $30.  I said ok.  Still overpriced but I was already there and wanted it done.

  I don't know how business' like this stay open. The place is dirty, overpriced and has bad customer service.

  Rented a van was told to fill it up before I brought it back. Went about 20KM total and put in about 25$ worth of gas. Evidently people had been returning it not ful and I got stuck with the bill..

  The washing machine broke in the main house I rent a suite out of in New Westminster thanks to some new tenants disregarding the sign above it that reads: Do Not Overload. This has happened quite often in the past with new tenants so I would usually go up to New Venture Laundromat, which is only three blocks from my place. As it turns out, 2 or 3 weeks ago it burned down. This led me to finding Nu West Laundry on Google Maps. When I first arrived, I was weary, as from the outside of the building it does not look pleasing. Upon entering the building, it looked like a chaotic mess. However, after meeting the couple running the place, I actually enjoyed my time there. It was very hot inside but bearable considering the temperature outside and the running dryers. They put a chair outside in the shade for me to sit where I read a novel while I waited for my laundry to be done. It was quick, cheap and they were kind, polite and generous.

  I come by today at 11am. Blankets aren't done, come back.  I come back.  They only accept cash.. must be my first time.  I go get cash, come back.  Charges $34!  My boyfriend explains to her she said $30.. she just insists it's $34 and that we'll have to come back another time. I also had to ask for our bag back that the blankets originally came in.

  Also the place is dirty. I'm pretty sure there were a few safety concerns, one being an open flame going above a dryer and 2 being I could smell natural gas, not to mention the clutter everywhere.

  First off, when we called to see if they had drop off service they answered the phone, "Hello?".  ..how about mentioning the name of the business so we know it's the right place.

  The owners of this location are amazing. Really really kind people who care about what they do, and make sure you're satisfied with the results. There is no other place like these guys! You MUST use them!

  Machines here are over priced and they don't have many available as quite a few are out of order. Theres no timer on the dryers so you just have to take their word for how many minutes you get for 25 cents. Their double loaders barely work and the machine ripped quite a few pairs of panties.
