  Reported a theft with video surveillance proof and police never followed up or cared enough. Just making the report was difficult we had to wait 40 min and no one came in to take the report so we had to insist on going there on another day, all for nothing...

  The most unprofessional police unit in Canada. It'd be easier to fire everyone and hire complete newbies than try to fix this team. Wrote down in the report something you've never said, misinterpret your words, try to harm you in medical facility with zero reason when you're absolutely compliant, don't read you your right to remain silent and take every opportunity to use every word you utter against you and fabricate redicoulous case. Stats and numbers and bonuses that's all what's in their mind. Not due process, being diligent, professional and following the law.

  Whenever I have had to call or contact them in public, they have been super friendly and happy to help no matter how small the issue may have seemed.

  Sarcastic response to two women in one apartment building afraid of the harassment of our landlord. the Landlord Tenancy Branch - after hours of discussion stated this is not under their purview this is a police matter. The Constable's response, without even coming to see us, I am in my 50's my neighbor in her thirties and other women in the building, told us to pick up and move. THAT was the stellar response. The Sgt. response was not even a sympathetic apology as we were clearly upset....if he lived next door should we Sell our houses??? Safety - Service - Friendship? None of the above.
