  They are very nice here. They work well with you and are patient and understanding with the payments and plans. They even remember my name everytime i come into pay . This is the second time ive used this storage and the only one i ever have used. Cheapest one in the lower mainland. Thanks

  I knew I wanted to store my apartment in between moves at a PS Storage and even though I live downtown I ended up at the Braid St location and I'm glad I did. It's a super clean facility with excellent management I found that out from the moment I called. Above & beyond good service "just like the good Ol' days" when people were truly nice and concerned about a persons individual situation. The manger Faith in particular truly goes above and beyond in her service to others. Best location around for sure! I've used other storage facilities over the years and nothing even compares to this pristine location and the manager Faith is a real blessing. You're belongings are important and you know they're going to remain safe here & it'll be a nice experience at the same time.

  I have received wonderful service at the PS on Braid street. I was very confident after I left the site that my belongings were safe, dry and well taken care of. Faith, the manager, a friendly face in a difficult time has taken great care of me. I highly recommend Public Storage and especially the Braid Street location.

  Awesome team. Great personnel, especially the manager, Faith Hiemstra, whom has been always helpful with all the means she could to satisfy our needs either me and/or my wife. Faith has been a great manager lady who we enjoyed dealing with at public storage by braid station. I definitely recommend this place for whom is seeking a safe, affordable location for storage and on top of that very nice people who do their best to help.
